
Hey, I'm Ella Otoole
As a former college athlete at the University of Missouri I learned the struggles of injury & fighting for a healthy body. After receiving several orthopedic surgeries I decided there needed to be a shift in the way I cared for my body.
I picked up weights for the first time to move with intention, not just to put myself through a workout as punishment. I have learned how to honor the gift my body is that the Lord has blessed me with.
I now train as a Hybrid athlete, but am seasoned in both lifting and college running. I love training women through different seasons of life. Our bodies change so much as we age, they are beautiful no matter what stage you are, we just have to learn how to care for ourselves properly.
A little bit about how this all started...
In the spring of 2025 I was on a plane ride and had a vision of outdoor group workouts for women in the summer. I took that vision and made it come to life with SWEATY SUMMER SESSIONS, a community-focussed, free workout every Monday night during the summer of 2025.
Since then, my passion for women's wellness has only deepened. In the fall of 2025 I launched ELLAvated Wellness a training business driven to encourage women to believe they were created for incredible things.
Now a certified personal trainer I have fallen in love with not only group workouts, but the intimacy of 1 on 1 coaching. I have been on the receiving end of personal training for most of my life through and now I have the opportunity to share all this experience I've been gathering through these past years with you!
