ELLAvated Wellness offers digital services, subscriptions, and online content. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally non-refundable.

That said, we understand that unique circumstances can arise. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

Subscription & Digital Content

  • Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis.

  • Once access to digital content, workout videos, or member resources has been granted, refunds are not guaranteed.

  • If you believe there has been an error or exceptional circumstance, please contact us.

Personal Training & Services

Refunds for personal training sessions or services may be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the situation, notice provided, and services rendered.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email:

Include:

  • Your full name

  • The service or subscription purchased

  • A brief explanation of your request

All refund decisions are final.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges. Cancellation does not guarantee a refund for previous payments.
